“Mental health is an aspect that should be a priority in our lives, just as we seek to be healthy in body, so we have to do it in our minds.
Undoubtedly when they ask me who I would approach for advice, it would be a boxer as they are an example of life. they exude tenacity, effort, work ethic and they are testimony of how you can get ahead through a healthy life,” said Christiane.
Elizabeth Reyes mentioned that one of the objectives of this talk seminar is that “these days are a watershed in some aspect of their lives.
We know the importance of ensuring the mental health of our communities, as well as that they feel motivated by these events, that they find some inspiration in this beautiful experience that they are going to live these days”.
