Triumphant second edition of the Massive Boxing Class in Mexico City

The Zócalo in the very heart of Mexico City was jam packed during the second edition of the Massive Class of Box 2023.

The Capital`s main plaza was attended by more than 30 thousand people, who were guided and led by great world boxing champions Ana María “Guerrera” Torres, Erika “Dinamita” Cruz, Humberto “Chiquita” González, Jaime Munguía, Víctor Rabanales, David “King” Picasso and Dante Jardón.

Superstar Julio César Chávez was in charge of formally presenting the flag to the event, being acclaimed by the Mexican public and he directed the first couple of rounds to the sheer delight of the spectators.

Later David Picasso, Youth Champion of the World Boxing Council led the training with lateral movements and punch combinations. In the same way, former champion Irma “Torbellino” García implemented her dynamism on stage and made the attendees sweat.

Finally, Erika “Dinamita” Cruz, directed the final rounds together with García and Picasso, inspiring the thousands of Mexicans with the inspirational: “¡Viva México!”

As part of the event, Mauricio Sulaimán, President of the World Boxing Council, recognized Javier Hidalgo, general director of Indeporte and a key player in the second edition of the Massive Boxing Class in Mexico City. A sure fire record breaker!
