The WBC strengthens the alliance with Conexión Fácil 2.0: The most suitable platform for athlete’s health monitoring
It was through hard work of the Council’s President, Lic. Mauricio Sulaimán Saldivar, the CEO of Conexión Fácil 2.0®, Dr. Andrew Kluger and the teams of both institutions, that all-inclusive mobile app for the caretaking of patients with chronic- degenerative illnesses evolved into a precise follow-up tool for the current and former champions of international boxing and the whole WBC team.
This work began early last year, and culminated in an alliance in July 2022 with the commitment to create the best platform to assess the boxers’ health before and after boxing matches.
This follow-up comprises weigh-ins, match and injury records, among others, thus achieving one of Lic. Sulaimán’s proposed goals as he follows his father’s legacy – Mr. José Sulaimán Chagnón, founder of the Council- , which is to guarantee in the best possible way the safety and well-being of the athlete, and make of Boxing an integral sport that promotes values like respect, courage, humanity, clean play, self-care, self-esteem, and discipline, among others.
