The WBC congratulates VADA for its Presidential Election work in Ukraine

On March 31 the Presidential Election was  held in Ukraine, then  a second round, scheduled  for April 21, since Ukrainian legislation stipulates that in the absence of an  absolute majority, the two with most votes, namely Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Zelenski will compete in a runoff.

For round two, the Voluntary Anti Doping Agency (VADA) was called upon to carry conduct tests on the candidates.

The World Boxing Council congratulates and thanks VADA for its dedicated professionalism and for the vitally important work this agency does, not only in the world of sports, but in any field where it is required.

The Clean Boxing Program (CBP) of the World Boxing Council, which works hand in hand with the VADA, has already set the highest standard, with  anti-doping testing programs in professional boxing around the world .
