Welterweight champion of the World Boxing Council, Errol Spence Jr., will defend his title against former world champion Danny García, on Saturday night , with a limited audience, at the Dallas Cowboys stadium, the “AT&T Stadium” in Arlington, Texas.
The mega fight, which is promoted by Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) series, will be televised on FOX PPV in the United States and on ESPN in Latin America.
Undefeated Errol Spence, Jr. (26-0, 21 KOs) will return to the ring for the first time since the car accident he suffered last year. Former world champion Danny Garcia (36-2, 21 KOs), who reigned at super lightweight and welterweight, seeks to regain his WBC title, which he lost, in a terrific fight against Shawn Porter.
The WBC will present the winner of the match with a magnificent special recognition based on the mural “Angel with Gloves” by the exceptional Denver artist Austin Zucchini-Fowler as a sincere appreciation for the courageous work of the medical community in the face of the pandemic we live in and combat with all of our ingenuity and might.
