If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub until you feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your unwashed hands.
Keep distance from other people.
Avoid crowded places.
Despite the fact that the changes are Inconvenient and intrusive, we must be patient and continue with our lives incorporating specific precautions, in addition to attending to all the recommendations of the government of each country.
