Ready Steady….for the second massive boxing class in Mexico City

Bright and early, this coming June 17 in the Zocalo of the Mexico City, more than 30 thousand keep fitters, meet to categorically prove that Mexico is a country of boxing and sports, of unity and endeavor, as announced by the General Director of Indeporte Javier Hidalgo this morning in the traditional “Coffee Tuesdays”.

He added that this will not be a massive class like the previous one where they sought to break the Guinness record that Russia had at that time, but rather it will be a 100% family event where boxing will be a central mission.

He assured that since this second edition of the massive class was announced, more than 14,299 people have already registered, from 4-year-old children to senior citizens, so they expect a capacity of more than 30,000 people who will be inspired in this class by true boxing legends.

This year the great Julio César Chávez will be the instructor of the class but also, the icon of women’s boxing Ana María Torres; They will also be accompanied by David Picasso, Irma García and Erika Cruz

He commented that more than 130 training sessions have been carried out at different places in CDMX, this with the intention that all participants arrive in tip top shape.

For Mauricio Sulaimán, this boxing class is the dedicated and united6 work of many people who continue with the strategy of Dr. Claudia Sheinbaum to make Mexico City the greatest sports support, helping to make a society more healthy and happy.

He especially thanked the trainers and leaders who have put their-supreme effort into this event that will be historic.

So, Javier Hidalgo formally presented and handed over the participant kit to David Picasso, Erika Cruz and Irma García.
