At the Mexico City Presentation of the Tamaulipas Belt to be held aloft by the winner of the Saul Canelo Alvarez Vs Jaime Munguia Undisputed Super Middleweight fight on May 4th, Zanfer Promoter Fernando Beltran was upbeat, insisting Jaime has earned instead of hit the jackpot.

He stressed: “Jaime really deserves to be the challenger. He`s undefeated, he knocked out John Ryder, who went the full distance with Canelo less than twelve months ago. So I believe that Jaime deserves all of the credit to be in this type of fight. And of course we thank Team Canelo, because they gave us the opportunity,  and when we talk about Canelo we talk with a lot of respect, but on may 4th, it`ll be different in the ring.”

Jaime`s name on the promotional posters is depicted in red letters, so might this be a red letter day?  Fernando promises: “We will bring everything and this is going to be a sensational fight. Let`s see what happens? You know…I`m desperate to hear the first bell!

“Canelo has a great boxing pedigree, he has a sensation boxing IQ. But Jaime is very young, exceptionally strong and we have a very good chance. I was with Juan Manuel Marquez when he knocked out Manny Pacquiao. This is not my first time in “The Rodeo” and I believe that we`ve got nothing to lose.  Jaime is going to go and fight, and believe me you`ll see everything on May 4th!”
