1967.- Filipino Gabriel Elorde knocked out Japanese Terou Kosaka in round 12 in Tokyo, Japan. In this fight the WBC super featherweight title was disputed.

1990.- Italian Massimiliano Duran defeated Puerto Rican Carlos De León by disqualification in Capo D’Orlando, Italy. The WBC cruiserweight title was on the line  in the bout.

1991.- American Pernell Whitaker defended his WBC lightweight title by defeating the Spanish Policarpio Diaz in Norfolk, Virginia.

1991.- Italian Mauro Galvano defended his WBC super middleweight title by defeating Ron Essett by decision. The match took place in Capo D’Orlando, Italy.

1992.- Mexican Victor Rabanales defended his WBC bantamweight title by defeating Changkyun Oh by decision in 12 rounds. The match took place at the Forum in Inglewood, California.

2013.- In a war, Mexican Omar Figueroa defeated Japanese Nihito Arakawa by decision in San Antonio, Texas. In this fight the WBC lightweight title was on the line.

2019.- In Arlington, Texas, José Carlos Ramírez knocked out Maurice Hooker in the sixth round, defending his WBC super lightweight title and adding the WBO to his collection.
