Fly Gaby!

Gabriela Fundora plans to stretch her youthful wings, in order to fly to the summit in Mexico.

On Thursday, February 23, at the facilities of the Magdalena Mixhuca Arena in the Mexican capital, Gabriela Fundora will compete for the World Boxing Council youth flyweight championship.

Her opponent will be Mexican Tania “La Finita” García. They are topping the Bill of “Todo por el Todo”, presented by LC Promotions, headed by the young and enthusiastic businessman Luis Andrade.

Located in the mountains of California, “Sweet Poison”, who is supported by her brother Sebastián Fundora, and supervised by their father and trainer (Freddy Fundora), said she is ready and prepared to face such an important commitment, fired up in spite of the low temperatures that have been recorded in that chilly area of the Californian mountains.

“It is always a pride for me to fight in Mexico, my second home, in front of my people that I love so much,” she said, insisting on the pride that fighting in Mexican territory as it’s where her mother was born.

Gabriela Fundora will arrive with an undefeated record of 9 victories, four KO´s.
