The WBC wishes to inform everything related to the Clean Boxing Program has gone well with  the tests carried out in South Africa.

Nkosinathi Joyi straw-weigtht ranked # 4 and Siphamandla Baleni light flyweight ranked # 16 in , who were visited by VADA, the voluntary association of anti-doping, responsible for   managing the Clean Boxing Program, coordinating sample collection, chain of custody and laboratory analysis.The WBC works together with VADA in this successful program that, apart from random tests for any use of prohibited substances, aims to educate athletes about the danger and disadvantages that doping can bring to their present and future well-being.

We want to whole heartedly thank both fighters for being a superb and outstanding  example to us all, for their willingness, which  clearly testifies  their concern for well-being and respect for our beloved sport.
