Undisputed heavyweight champion, Oleksandr Usyk, and the former champion Tyson Fury, are scheduled to rematch on December 21 as part of the Riyadh season.
The president of the General Entertainment Authority and Royal Advisor to the Court of Saudi Arabia, Turki Alalshikh, posted on social media: “The rematch between undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk and champion Tyson Fury is now scheduled for December 21, 2024 during the Riyadh season… The world will see another historic fight again… Our commitment to boxing fans continues… We hope you enjoy it.”
Both warriors clashed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on May 18, with Usyk winning by split decision, in an exciting battle, with a re-kindling rematch clause inserted into the contract. So…here we go again!
