1974.- At the Stadio Darsena in Lignano, Italy, Venezuelan Betulio González defended his WBC flyweight title by knocking out Italian Franco Udella in the tenth round.

1982.- Panamanian Hilario Zapata defeated Japanese Tadashi Tomori by decision in Kanasawa, Japan. In this fight the WBC light flyweight title was at stake.

1990.- Congolese Anaclet Wamba knocked out Italian Massimiliano Duran in the eleventh round, in Palermo, Italy. In this fight the WBC cruiserweight title was in dispute.

1991.- Korean Sungkil Moon defended his WBC super flyweight title by knocking out Panamanian Ernesto Ford in the fifth round. The match took place at the Ramada Renaissance Hotel in Seoul, South Korea.

1996.- Mexican Daniel Zaragoza knocked out Japanese Tsuyoshi Harada in the seventh round, defending his WBC super featherweight title. The match took place in Osaka, Japan.

2002.- At the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Vernon Forrest defended his WBC welterweight title by defeating Shane Mosley by decision. The match took place in Indianapolis, Indiana.
