2003.- In a combat between North American warriors, Antonio Tarver was crowned WBC light heavyweight champion, defeating Montell Griffin by decision in 12 rounds. The match took place in Ledyard, Connecticut.
2003.- Mexican Oscar “Chololo” Larios defeated Japanese Shigeru Nakazato by decision in Tokyo, Japan. In this fight the WBC super bantamweight title was at stake.
2014.- At the StubHub Center in Carson, California, Omar Figueroa defended his WBC lightweight title, defeating Jerry Belmontes by decision.
2019.- In one of the best fights of the year, Mexican Juan Francisco “Gallo” Estrada defeated Thai Srisaket Sor Rungvisai by decision, in Inglewood, California. In this fight the WBC super flyweight title was at stake.
