#WBC60 Convention activities initiate with Ratings´ Session

The 60th annual WBC Convention will be held from November 6th to 11th, 2022 in the magnificent port of Acapulco at the majestic Hotel Palacio Mundo Imperial.

Even though our activities officially start tomorrow, many of our members have already set to work and are busy, with the firm intention and an eye to detail, of being ready and welcoming for all our delegates and most welcome guests.

As is the tradition, the World Boxing Council started the work on #WBC60 annual Convention bright and early this morning, in the Executive Room 1, where the first to meet were the members of the Ratings´ Committee, led by Dean Lohuis.

WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman chaired this important meeting, providing the pertinent indications and coordinating specialist discussions.

The works began with the lighter weight divisions, and it is expected that the discussions leading to recommendations, will last the rest of the day and tomorrow, when the committee addresses the heavier weight categories.

All the members of the Ratings Committee are seasoned experts. The best and most experienced in this specialist area. The lists they formulate and establish, are the most detailed, meticulous, fairest and finest. Full reports will follow.
