Dress Code – 60th WBC Convention
Acapulco, Mexico, opens its doors for the first time to the boxing family and the Palacio Mundo Imperial hotel will host our 60th annual Convention that will take place from November 6 to 11.
We inform you what the suggested dress code will be for this long-awaited annual event:
· Welcome cocktail: Casual or Beach cocktail
· Grand opening: Casual – White shirt is recommended as a message of peace.
· Beach Gala dinner: Beach Casual
- Men: White long or short sleeved guayabera or shirt with white or light dress pants.
- Women: White or light sundress, or romper, short-sleeved shirts.
· Closing Awards dinner: Casual / cocktail
· Rest of the program events: Casual
About the hotel:
Palacio Mundo Imperial has 3 hotels in its Resort in addition to the Convention Center.
• Palacio Mundo Imperial – Here all the activity of the convention will take place and it has direct access to the Convention Center.
• Princess – It is 10 minutes by car. This hotel has access to the beach.
• Pierre Márquez – Next to Princess, also with access to the beach and exclusive private Villas.
All transportation between these options is provided by the hotel free of charge.
