WBC walks its talk about Clean Boxing Program!
After allowing ample time to comply, with the Clean Boxing Program The World Boxing Council is obliged to remove boxers from December 2018 ratings, for failure to enroll.
The World Boxing Council’s groundbreaking Clean Boxing Program (CBP) requires every champion and each top 15 rated fighter to mandatorily enroll in the CBP by submitting specific forms to VADA.
Fighters must enroll within 3 months of entering the top 15 ranking, in consideration and respect of language, administrative and geographical factors.
Failure to enroll in the CBP within the established deadlines has resulted in boxers being taken off the WBC ratings.
The list of boxers per division who have been removed from the December 2018 WBC ratings for failure to enroll in the WBC CBP follows:
