Shaken but not stirred…. from Russia with love.

Always active, and possibly one of the most imaginative and compassionate chapters is WBC Cares Russia led by Irene Kostenko and her passionate Team.

This was the last deed of the year. It was a life changing event, coordinated between two countries, Germany and Russia. Toogether, they created a champion!

In Irene’s words:

Wishes should come true.

His birthday was coming and Eugen Sadym dreamt of winning the belt and becoming a WBC World Middleweight Champion.

He called me and told me about his dream. I called Jill ( Jill Diamond – The Good fairy of WBC Cares) who spoke to President Mauricio Sulaiman, our magician. Then our good friends from the WBC Cares team in Germany and Russia. Together they planned a way to fulfill Eugen’s  wish.

Eugen’s fight took place on December 12th, 2020 He dedicated this fight to WBC Cares. We knew he’d be lucky because there are always  good fairies and people around to make dreams come true.
