WBC silver super featherweight champion, American O’Shaquie Foster, will make the second defense of his title, on this occasion against former Mexican world challenger Miguel ‘Mickey’ Román, tomorrow November 19, at the “Wild Card Boxing Club” , from Los Angeles, California.
