Great Dane and Young Turk…Thorslund vs. Cetin on May 25

Dina Thorslund and Seren Cetin fight on May 25 at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Thorslund, WBC and WBO bantamweight champion, comes to this fight after defeating the Spanish Mary Moreno on February 24.

In September of last year she challenged former champion Yuliahn Luna of Mexico at a home gala to unify the belts, triumphed and now she will defend against Seren Cetin.

The Turkish boxer won the WBC silver title two years ago by stopping Austrian Eva Voraberger in the fourth round. Last year she defended the belt with a points victory over Spain’s Mary Romero and became the mandatory challenger to champion Thorslund.

The fight is organized by Team Palle, and will be broadcast on Pluto TV.
