2003.- At the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Mexican Erik “Terrible” Morales knocked out American Bobby Velardez in 5 rounds, defending his WBC featherweight title.
2003.- American Oscar De La Hoya defended his WBC super welterweight title, knocking out Mexican Yori Boy Campas in the seventh round. The match took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
2007.- Japanese Hozumi Hasegawa defended his WBC bantamweight title by defeating Thai Simpiwe Vetyeka by decision, in Kobe, Japan.
2012.- Thai Kompayak Porpramook defeated Filipino Jonathan Taconing by technical decision in Buriram, Thailand. With this victory Kompayak defended his WBC light flyweight title.
2014.- American Floyd Mayweather defeated Argentine Marcos Maidana by decision in Las Vegas, Nevada. With this victory Mayweather defended his WBC Welterweight title.
