1984.- American, Milton McCrory, nicknamed “Ice man”, coached by Emanuel Steward, defended his WBC welterweight championship, technically knocking out French challenger, Gilles Elbilia, in the sixth round. It happened at the Arena Cobo in Detroit, Michigan.
