1963.- In Tokyo, Japan, Brazilian Eder Jofre was crowned WBC bantamweight champion, by knocking out Japanese Katsutoshi Aoki.
1970.- At Adams Field House in Missoula, Montana, United States, Bob Foster knocked out Roger Rouse in 4 rounds, defending his WBC light heavyweight title.
2005.- At the Central Gym in Osaka, Japanese Katsunari Takayama defeated Mexican Isaac Bustos by decision, winning the WBC straw-weight title.
2009.- Mexican Edgar Sosa knocked out Thai Pornsawan Porpramook in 4 rounds, in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico. With this victory, Sosa defended his WBC light flyweight title.
2009.- Venezuelan Edwin Valero conquered the WBC lightweight title by knocking out Colombian Antonio Pitalua in Austin, Texas.
2009.- In a fight between North Americans, Timothy Bradley defeated Kendall Holt by decision in Montreal, Canada, defending the WBC super lightweight title.
2015.- Canadian Adonis Stevenson defended his WBC light heavyweight title by defeating Cameroonian Sakio Bika by decision in Quebec, Canada.
2015.- Mexican Carlos Cuadras defeated Panamanian Luis Concepcion by decision, defending his WBC super flyweight title, in a fight that took place in Metepec, State of Mexico.
