1. Prefer fresh and natural foods: You can start by replacing artificial juices with natural juices in considerable quantities, choosing to buy and eat fresh foods to avoid processed and frozen foods.
2. Control portions: Pay attention when the body gives us signs of hunger, cravings or even anxiety. Start by eating balanced main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), then include snacks between meals, for example: chopped vegetables, foods reduced in sugar and, above all, increase the amount of water we ingest.
3. Variety and balance: Healthy also means that we can choose and prepare delicious and nutritious meals. Including vegetables, proteins, healthy fats, whole grains, among others, help us ingest all the essential nutrients that the body needs every day.
Adopting healthy habits takes effort but over time it will be worth it, the body and mind benefit considerably to have a better quality of life and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
