Gómez and Hanawa make weight

“The Kid” knows this isn`t “Child`s play!”

WBC light flyweight female champion,  Yesenia ‘Niña’ Gomez and Japanese challenger Erika Hanawa were face to face at the official weigh-in, prior to fight night at the international Oasis Arena in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

The spectacular card, presented by Promociones del Pueblo in association with Cancun Boxing by Pepe Gómez and Boxing Time by Memo Rocha, plus  the support of Playboy México;  will be transmitted to millions of Mexican homes through Televisa Deportes screens.

The champion defends her crown for the first time, against determined  rival Hanawa.

At the official weigh in, Yesenia weighed  107.5 pounds, while Hanawa registered 107 pounds.
