Qualitas of Life Foundation Celebrates 15 Years of Advancing Hispanic Communities Through Financial Education

New York, October 10th, 2023 – Qualitas of Life Foundation is thrilled to announce its 15th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to fostering growth within the Hispanic community in New York through comprehensive financial education initiatives. Since 2007, we have positively impacted the lives of 134,831 individuals, serving 29,817 Hispanic families, promoting their financial security, and improving their living standards.

Our anniversary celebrations will feature a grand gala and a silent auction on November 2nd. The festivities will commence a week earlier, with an exhilarating boxing match on October 26th. On November 4th, the annual 5K Race & Brunch will unite the community to support the nine dedicated runners representing Qualitas of Life in the TCS NYC Marathon on November 5th.

As of September 2021, the Hispanic population constituted approximately 29% of NYC’s total. However, Hispanic households often experience income disparities compared to other groups, leading to limited access to opportunities. For over 15 years, Qualitas of Life has focused on education to foster generational wealth crucial for economic progress, allowing families to pass on knowledge and resources to future generations.

This journey has been guided by the belief that education empowers and uplifts communities. In New York, where the Hispanic community plays a vital role in both economic and cultural aspects, Our contributions have been crucial. Our financial education and entrepreneurship programs equip Hispanic families with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed financial decisions, and our commitment goes beyond immediate assistance; it aims to ensure long-term economic well-being for future generations.
