Opportunity knocks in cross roads fight between Richardson Hitchins and “Chon” Zepeda
Tomorrow night at the Caribe Royale Hotel in Orlando, Florida, Richardson Hitchins (16-0, 7 KOs) will face José “Chon” Zepeda (36-3, 27 KOs) for the World Boxing Council Super Lightweight Silver title.
A dual purpose duel between the veteran who has had higher level battles, against the young contender who is considered a promise in boxing.
After his fight against Montana Love was called off, Hitchins has taken this high-risk bout.
This Friday both warriors passed the official weigh-in for the fight. Hichins weighed 139.8 pounds, while Zepedoa registered 140 pounds.
